Why Patriot Claims
Performance measurements from a national carrier program. Results vary by program, market, service type and claim conditions.
Nationwide Coverage
Patriot inspectors operate across 64 markets, with nationwide CAT deployment when an event falls outside standing coverage.
Service density varies by market. Before any program starts, we walk you through inspector counts in the regions that actually matter to your book, not a generic coverage claim.
What Carriers Need to Know
The questions carrier teams ask us most, answered before you pick up the phone.
Volume & Capacity
Patriot has completed 230,000+ inspections since 2023 across daily claim flow and catastrophe surge, operating seven days a week. Our field network scales into affected markets within days of an event, so your cycle times hold when volume spikes. Capacity commitments are agreed up front and tracked against service levels.
Coverage Area
We serve carriers across 64 markets, with nationwide CAT deployment capability when an event falls outside standing coverage. Service density varies by market, and we will walk you through inspector counts in the regions that matter to your book. Coverage maps are reviewed with you before any program starts.
Inspector Network
150+ certified field inspectors, including a 60+ deployable CAT team for catastrophe response. Every inspector completes our internal training program before taking assignments, and credentials are re-verified on a fixed cycle. We staff for the work you send rather than brokering it out.
Quality Assurance
Every report passes a documented QA review before it reaches your desk. We measure compliance against your carrier-specific requirements and report those results back to you, not just internally. Our most recent carrier-measured Quality REI score is 95.4%.
Speed & Turnaround
Inspections are scheduled within a 24–48 hour window, seven days a week. Scheduling performance is tracked per carrier and reviewed with you on a set cadence.
Pilot Programs
You do not have to commit nationally to find out whether we are the right fit. We set up controlled market pilots with defined service levels, an agreed scope of claims, and measurable results you can hold us to. If the pilot performs, we scale it market by market on your timeline.
Which Service Fits the Claim
Three ways to get a Patriot resource on the roof. The difference is where your adjuster sits.
| Feature | Ladder Assist | Direct Inspect | Virtual Inspect |
|---|---|---|---|
| Adjuster physically on-site | Yes | No | No |
| Patriot field resource on-site | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Adjuster participates remotely | No | No | Yes |
| Stand-alone field documentation | Support | Yes | Collaborative |
Technology & Integration
Patriot’s claims technology connects assignment intake, dispatch, scheduling, field execution, documentation, quality assurance and reporting. Inspectors work from a mobile inspection app with structured workflows, real-time data capture and standardized photos, while location and availability tracking matches assignments to field capacity. Patriot integrates with industry tools including Verisk, Hover and Cotality, works in Xactimate and XactAnalysis, and gives carriers real-time status updates, cycle-time tracking, QA analytics and an escalation dashboard for quick resolution.
Faster assignments. Improved cycle times and consistency. Reliable coverage.

One system from dispatch to the roof: market-level assignment visibility in the console, structured capture in the field app.
How an Assignment Moves
Every assignment follows the same path, so cycle time and quality are measured the same way in every market.

What a carrier receives: report cover, inspection summary, roof diagram with test squares, elevation findings and photo documentation.
Still to come: close-up captures of claim assignment, the technician calendar, mobile scoping and the QA queue. Claim numbers, policyholder names, addresses and carrier identifiers must be redacted before upload.
How We Build and Maintain the Inspector Network
Every inspector moves through the same six stages, from recruitment through annual recertification.
Inspectors are workers’ compensation and general liability insured.
Start Small. Prove the Results.
Evaluating a new inspection partner doesn’t require a national rollout. Talk with Patriot about establishing a controlled market pilot with defined service levels and measurable results.

Let’s Build a Program Together
Evaluating a new inspection partner does not have to begin with a national rollout. Start with a controlled market pilot, with defined service levels and measurable results.
Start with a conversation or take the capabilities brief with you. Either way, you will be talking to the people who run the work.
